The Springfield Symphony is doing a Homegrown Series with new content every week. Look it up on their website.
The EcoTarium has activities for children on their website that includes a virtual tour of their exhibits!
As you may know 25 libraries were planning to read this book and have programming but then the virus came along. The book is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer and some libraries are doing a facebook discussion. We will discuss the book on May 11th and the place or way we will meet is TBA, maybe an outdoor meeting? All returns should be placed in the outside book drop. You can keep them at home until regular library service is resumed. No overdue fines will be charged.
CWMARS has suspended interlibrary loan service until further notice.
Patrons are encouraged to use e-books and e-audio books on your phone, computer or other device. Online resources can be found here: https://cwmars.overdrive.com/, and mass.gov/libraries. If you need help with the e-book process call the library and staff will help you set it up. You will need your library card and password. If you don't have them call and we will reset it. 978-544-6334 is the library phone number.

In response to the ongoing pandemic, CW MARS libraries have voted to turn on the OverDrive Instant Digital Card, (IDC).This card allows patrons who do not have a library card number access the CW MARS OverDrive collection. Look on CW MARS' website to sign up.
Did you know you can access digital movies from our library catalog for free? All you need is a cell phone number or your library card, and a device on which to watch. Start at our web page: Choose Catalog from the horizontal menu just under our banner photo. In the wide blue bar at the bottom of the next page, select OverDrive Digital Catalog. Across the top of the next page, you will see Subjects Collections Kindle Books Kids Teens Magazines. Choose Collections, and then Videos. If you click Available now under Videos, you will see all the movies that you can watch right now. Click Borrow to borrow the movies. Follow the prompts to enter your library card number and PIN. Enjoy your movie!
